Worst place I've ever stayed. Terrible service, abysmal room.

Food and service was good. Bar was well maintained. Prices a bit high but is to be expected for that area.

Relaxing atmosphere, good service, prices a bit high but I guess it's to be expected at a golf course.

Standard rooms in basement level are original from the 70s and 80s when the resort was built and damp/musty. Very nice property that could be easily upgraded by removing some trees to provide views of the bay the resort sits on. Twin rivers golf course is a good layout with beautiful natural scenery. It would be nice to see some more investment in the course. The "sand" used in the sand traps contains small stones and it was even used to fill some bare tee boxes to help grass seed to take. Greens have at least 2, if not 3 major differences in speeds over the 18 holes as well as some very thin/dead patches on a few greens. Having to drive 2km in your vehicle to access the driving range between the 9th and 10th holes is very inconvenient. Adjustments should be made so the range at the club house (1st hole) can be used. All that is required would be for nets to be installed. Food and drinks in the restaurant was average but fairly priced. The venue has the potential to be a 5 star destination, but lack of investment is holding it back.

They lost my reservation despite reading out all my information in their system, and gave me a room that would make a horror movie motel look good.

    Would not recommend this location.
